File Upload & Download

Automation with DSE Flex-IP OMS System: The system retrieves client or position files from a designated FTP location, then proceeds to convert these files into a format compatible with DSE Flex-IP standards. Subsequently, the system uploads the files to the DSE Flex-IP FTP server. In essence, our system effortlessly manages file uploads and downloads to and from the DSE Flex-IP FTP serve.

EMAIL & SMS Notification

Our system maintains communication through two primary methods—Email and SMS. This enables the system to effortlessly transmit updates and logs to predefined addresses. Upon the completion of a task, the system automatically sends an email or SMS containing the process log.

Trade File Separation

In the DSE Flex-IP OMS system, a single trade file is provided, which includes data for regular clients, dealers, and panel brokers. Our system specializes in separating this trade file into distinct components for Broker Software, Dealer Software, and Panel Broker Trade, ensuring efficient and tailored data management.

Trade File Email

In addition, the system can efficiently email the segmented trade files along with the closing prices to predefined email addresses. Simultaneously, copies of these files are also sent to both the local FTP address and the DSE Flex-IP FTP address, making them accessible daily through FileZilla. With our system's streamlined processing, you can promptly send your broker trade files via email, as they are processed quickly and efficiently.

Account Reconciliation (Backoffice With CDBL)

This system is designed to ensure that all your accounts align perfectly with your Backoffice and CDBL records. Here's how it works: the system can receive your client files from your DSE-FTP, and then match them with the converted CDBL DP29 files from your FTP channel. It conducts a thorough comparison of these two files and generates a mismatch report delivered through email, SMS, or your preferred FTP channel. This process runs on a fixed schedule, typically daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Share Reconciliation (Backoffice With CDBL)

This system functions similarly to account reconciliation, allowing us to reconcile shares with the Backoffice using CDBL data. The Backoffice data is received from the Position file, which you can upload through the DSE FTP channel. Next, we upload a converted DPA6 file to our Local FTP channel. The system then matches the two files - the position and DPA6 - and sends a comprehensive mismatch report through your choice of email, SMS, or FTP channel. This process runs on a fixed daily schedule, or you can customize it according to your specific requirements.

All Trade File store in FTP

In your future system usage, the system will automatically create a daily date folder in your dedicated FTP for storing all future files. To ensure smooth operation and proactive preparation for the next day's work, the system will execute the removal of all files for the current date at 11:59 PM, just before the end of the day.
